One more week of Science classes!

Science Weekly News 5/29 - 5/31

Groups worked this week on finishing their projects and starting their final reports.  Some groups have already finished, others are still working away.  Next week is our last week of rotations, and thus the last week of Science.  Our time together has gone by so quickly!  Be on the lookout for the project blog posts that groups are writing and in the process of publishing.  They will be published between now and Tuesday, June 5th (when the entire project is due).  Be sure to read the posts and comment on the amazing things our students are doing in our school and our community!


Tuesday, June 5th
- All parts of Final Science Project Due
- Homework Club 3-4pm

Thursday, June 7th
- Last day of Science class

Friday, June 8th
- Homework Club 3-4pm

Monday, June 11th
- Portfolio Showcase (6/7/8)
- 8th Grade Project Presentations
- Graduation (reception at 3:30 and ceremony @ 4 pm)

Tuesday, June 12th
- Field Day
- Last Day of School!!
- Early Release @1:30 pm (Busses will run at 1:30 as well!)

Seriously, check out the project posts.  Students are doing/have done some pretty cool things.  Enjoy this second three day weekend!

I am going to miss everyone in my science class even some of the people who are not my best friends, and I am sad that I have to wait the whole Summer to learn more in science. :.-(
