Everybody's a teacher...everybody's a student.

Thanks for that bit of wisdom Kid President!  If you don't know who kid president is, you have to check out the video at the end of this post.  He's kind of my hero, and has helped the 6th grade class come up with our motto for the year: "Be More AWESOME!"

But that's not what this post is actually about.  Give it up for our Leadership team taking on big responsibility of starting a composting program at MRA!

Compost Lessons

The Senior Leadership team spent Monday morning in the K-5 classrooms teaching all about compost.  They will teach the 6-8th graders next week before we head to ODS.  Exciting stuff!  They did an incredible job for their first lesson.  We have lots of room for improvement, and lots of ideas about how to make our next few lessons even better.
